The framing looked as though it had just been completed yesterday. Every single truss and piece of wood in the interior rooms appeared fresh and solid, a testament to the home's original craftsmanship and care.
To complement this solid foundation, all-new drywall was installed throughout the house using 5/8" Firecode X drywall, chosen specifically for its strength, durability, and fire-resistant performance.

Spray foam insulation was used to create an airtight seal and improve energy efficiency.
