The trusses of the interior rooms every single piece of wood looked fresh as if it was built yesterday. All new drywall was installed throughout the house with 5/8 in Firecode x drywall for strength and performance.

Since we wanted larger showers and a beautiful kitchen island, PEX piping was the best solution, offering flexibility based on the house's square footage and making it easier to access the plumbing if needed. As the house was built in 1978, having the peace of mind that the plumbing is brand new provided the greatest rewards
